We are honest enough to admit that the Y2K period was a time when quite a lot of designs went quite badly wrong. So it becomes our job to find the ones that didn't and these are a good example. This is mainly because they have relatively conservative dimensions and a nicely curved frame { instead of a flat front } and mainly the full height arms that really set these apart from the competition. They certainly have their roots in 1960s bug eye designs that were worn to such great affect by Ray Charles and made by Oliver Goldsmith.

They are not branded but have a respectable standard of production especially for this price range.
