The Y2k period was something of a free for all in the fashion realm and it threw some pretty attention seeking designs like this one. We have pictured it with the buckle at the back as it looks best as a cummerbund idea thats just showing what you would want to be seen. It is all vinyl and frankly, making something this size from thick leather would have been prohibitively expensive even at that time. Nowadays this has come to be fortunate for Vegans. The red sections are studded onto the white and could only be described as looking like the old telephone dials with brass portholes and buckle.
