The Y2K was surely a time of bombastic designs and this vibrant belt represents that period with some accuracy. I's essentially an exaggerated version of standard army belts but in taller dimensions and rainbow colouring. it has the slider inside the buckle so it can adjust its way along the entirety of the canvas as required.
