The early 90s saw a move towards deliberate attention seeking eccentricity and these curious sunglasses illustrate this better than I could explain. They are neither really sunshades nor eyeglasses but a pure fashion accessory. But no matter what, despite their minimal frame they have a very strong look that is impossible to ignore. They certainly have the flavour of 1960s psychedelic mod tradition that is unmistakable.
The frame is solid metal with a matt black finish.
