We would not recommend you wear these for the kids school run, but they would surely earn their value for the instagram poser generation looking to increase their follower count. They actually strike a delicate balance between being impressive ( mainly as a result of the production standard of Valentino which is critical for making this look convincing ) while at the same time deliberately trying to provoke people in a way that is titillating instead of kitsch. That is a very difficult balance to achieve and is best left to companies with a mature heritage like Valentino. These are mainly ideal for someone who wants this somewhat outrageous Y2K look bu in dimensions and quality that have not spilled over into anything silly.
