Here's an outstanding specimen of 90s design with a checklist of the classic features of that time; Relatively small overall dimensions, bright chrome finish metal frame, ornate columned arms, and of course the round crest plate with classicist Roman motif which in this case is a trompe l'oeil sun motif. Needless to say this entire look was dominated by Versace. But thats what's curious about this pair, because they were also made in Italy at the same time in the same place with the same influences ( and if you've ever been to the Vatican museum you will clearly recognise how little Versace stretched himself to find inspiration for his emblems ) and the same fashion zeitgeist. The main difference in the end was who had the biggest marketing budget, and it's pretty obvious it wasn't Sunsweet, the obscure boutique brand that made this pair. But what they lack in renown is made up for in their quality and charm.

Unused NOS in very good condition.
