It's unlikely Silhouette will ever get the credit they deserve for their remarkable designs over so many decades. But at least it won't be because we didn't do our best to point that out. The Social Media age has pushed us into a world where deliberate attention seeking for the pure sake of getting attention has become banal and expected. That was certainly not generally the case in the 80s when these were made. It was the preserve of the daring minority. These extraordinary glasses were decades ahead of their time in that regard and still present an extremely imposing high fashion look today. However despite their oversized dimensions they still retain a stylish presence instead of spilling over into the ironic goofball look that has eventually become the mainstay of the present fashion industry's 'I made you look' attitude.
They have no vulgar branding with a tasteful gold temple logo on the left side only and printed on the inner left arm.
