Roberto Cavalli were enjoying a high point in the companies track record at least as far as the publics perception of fashion relevance was concerned because that bombastic era suited their aesthetic. Despite this the logo is very well managed with the neat buckle showing a heraldic shield type of design with the RC merged in. It's a dark brown velvet with taped edges attached to a leather backing. 'Made in italy' stamped on the belt and the buckle separately.
