It would be an alarmingly out of touch vendor that was unaware of the degree of competition in this small round sunglass category. So it falls to us to uncover something that has enough distinguishing features to put us ahead of the game. We definitely succeeded in this instance, and make no mistake we have a lot of this format in our shop already. They have unusually handsome metallic tiger patterned arms but also around the frame front, charming little pseudo art deco motifs and clean, bright golden sections. But the main feature is that the dimensions { in true 90s form} are directly copied from early 20thC formats which were deliberately undersized to specifically look quirky. That is a formula which we need to emphasise is a specific kind of taste that we don't want to sell to someone telling us, yeah I love the style but don't you have the same thing in a bigger size. No we don't. And neither does anyone else. Because they were made in Italy over 30 years ago by Optical City, a boutique brand that is unsearchable by now. They do have spring hinges for wide fitting and that is important because of the front being narrow.

This unusual combination of features will ensure your little sister will not show up wearing a cheapo repro of the same thing in a years time that she found on Temu.
