We've released a collectors treat from our archive from the elusive Michele L'Amy. The truth in our line of work, is that theoretically vintage traders are supposed to curate the best that history has to offer. But what happens in reality is that most of them are pretending to be passionate in order to make a buck to survive by selling something that would've served humanity better being left in the landfill. Admittedly it's mainly because they haven't cultivated the taste to see the difference between the good the bad and the ugly. You see, many 80s designs were bad at the time and that does not change just because someone wants to make money from it. These superb glasses suddenly illustrate the difference without me having to explain further. But I will anyway. This general slightly oversized round format is coming from a goofy look that nobody who was cool at that time would've worn, but it's a designers job to take on the challenge of harnessing that form and making sure it is cool and thats what separates the superior designers like L'Amy from someone who would've ended up working for french connection or worse.

They have used the tech of their time to make this ultra authentic 80s high lustre marbled lilac\blue acetate and then combined it with sensational graduating lenses. But critically the dimensions are big enough to show some flair but not big enough to make people concerned your gude dog has escaped.

Used and pre owned in good condition. Some surface marks on the lenses but none are significant.
