But the main feature is the vertical stem in the bridge that creates a slightly taller than standard height that is more in keeping with turn of the 1980s dimensions which is generally considered an optimum golden era for this format. Why else are uncountable multitudes of film characters always featuring this style in their attempts to establish their coolness without them even having to speak. And certainly Loewe would've studied up on this standard to ensure they couldn't go far wrong.

The arms have spring hinges to accommodate wide fitting.

New old stock in excellent condition except for a 15mm line mark on the right lens where the are touches when folded back. This was unavoidable with this design.
