We've all seen the movie scene where the magical talisman at a specific moment in the mystical cycle of a moonbeam unlocks the riddle of the tomb that accesses the treasure\power\ path to enlightenment. It's not much of an exaggeration to say that occasionally the same talisman can be found to perform the same magic in the realm of style. Anyone who had studied their eyewear history properly and became good at designing it, will have attempted to take a shot a doing a cat eye design. It's inevitable because it's a standard classic. Such is the pedigree of these stupendous sunglasses. Clearly someone in the Cavalli design team was suddenly allowed to break free from making outlandish crests with golden snakes etc. and come up with something that would make people like us reassess where that company should sit in the pecking order of things. These sunglasses have managed to absorb the rich history of this cat eye format, respectfully distill it into a perfect rendition of the idea for contemporary use, and simultaneously future proof it against any possibility of a better version of this idea being made that might make it obsolete.

They are a thick black superior quality acetate with a front layer of dazzling silver glitter that has neatly including the branding without any imposing vulgarity that would've spoiled the design. They have been so well rendered that even vintage 50s purists aspiring to be snobs, would be forced to accept they're in the presence of the exception that remakes the rules.
