The Linda Farrow company has forged it's niche via a persistent programme of collaborations with professional designers who are very good at what they do. They include Jeremy Scott, Alexander Wang, Phillip Lim, Dries Van Noten, Matthew Williamson, The Row, Opening Ceremony, Luella etc etc. This model is one of Erdems less outlandish creations without overt vulgar branding and was aimed at the customer who wants an exclusivity beyond the level of the normal Gucci type of superbrands and without unnecessary attention seeking elements. That is to say, you want to impose your style on people but not necessarily your wealth as well. They were produced in quantities that were small and consequently assisted them in charging extremely handsome prices. { and let's be clear for the casual browsers, that price, is not in the high end definition that many people have, ie; over £280 range, it is comfortably twice that much }. But the main attraction of this pair is just the unmistakable luxury feeling of the quality, and the exquisite autumnal tones within the acetate.
