Living proof that a good idea never dies, these minimal shades have an imposing presence which is hardly surprising given the amount of history behind them. Coming from a simple Victorian style design thats got small and neat proportions but has been updated to include a slightly widened bridge that overcomes the fundamental problem of this style of sunglass always looking too narrow/small. Consequently the format is re-balanced and as a result the nose pads are exposed as a feature.

They have excellent mood enhancing orange lenses thoughtfully combined with a brown chrome frame.

Unused NOS. This is the final pair and there is a pair of fractures in the upper right lens corner. They are impossible to photo properly. They are not overly imposing on the visibility and don't spoil the wearing enjoyment but will surely not suit perfectionists.
