This belt has a curious mix of fantasy country and western style combined with Minnie Mouse big polka dots which are about a centimeter in diameter. It certainly has the hallmarks of a home made finish, and when I say home made I do mean 'labour of love', because sewing the fabric then somehow inserting the elastic, wrapping both around the buckle and sewing it in place and then creating the crumple effect on the fabric both sides afterwards, is a technical feat thats already a problem just to describe much less create. This stretchy scrunchie elastic idea was a craze in the 80s for cinching of a dress or anything that needed reigning in.
Used and pre owned in good order with the elastic still responsive and frankly that is unusual.

To fit a minimum size of 69 cm. We have not done a maximum size measurement because of the elastic. It would be advisable to put a tape around your waist and work it out that way.
