The 80s still had some leftover believers in punk music and that aesthetic still had it's place in more general fashion that led to this exact kind of belt. In this case it's in a handsome royal blue. I don't know what the kind of craos Chinese imitations of this simple belt would be on the likes of Temu but it seems unlikely they would actually have studs made of metal or that it would even be made of leather for that matter.
The buckle can be removed and changed.
The height is still ok to fit inside regular belt loops. But we have put it on a dress to show it can be worn with the buckle at the back for entirely decorative feature purposes. Bear in mind where the fastening would sit on you to balance where the studs will be beginning on either side
