Very occasionally something comes up that is so difficult to describe that I put it off for as long as possible. This top is not exactly a polo shirt, sweatshirt, jumper or sports top of any kind. It's a freakish collision of every 80s idea you can think of, and then made into a piece of clothing. This includes a label using wordplay and literal truncated words like 'U' which became an 80s craze when people like Prince pioneered using this in their lyric sheets. It even has a depiction of an American flag with just 6 stars on it. This is a concept probably more worthy of another assault on the capital than the last time.
No matter what, this top is exhibiting authenticity that no Chinese factory could ever dream of without creating a time machine first. Moreover it's extreme egocentric plea of LOVE ME is an instragramers fantasy backed up with an unusually charming patch saying 'Fashion' in case anyone doubted it's status after all that was clear from the above.
Unused NOS in great condition which is important as often these old white garments become yellowed on the shoulders but this one has survived intact. As you can see it is a prime example of another 80s 'innovation'; one size fits all. Clearly it is going to look radically different on different sized people so make sure you use your head and make a sensible judgement on how the size will work for you. Our model is about a UK size 40. It is fairly certain the sleeves were designed to be rolled up.
