Versatile beaded accessory that is essentially a separate collar in itself that could be used to embellish any dress with a compatible neckline, or worn as a statement necklace. The beads are similar to those used in 1940s beaded bags and the 80s revivals of the same idea.
To be clear the collar is not stiff, it is entirely pliable.
